Passionate About Empowering Others

I'm a dedicated Counseling Psychologist with nearly a decade of experience in the field of mental health. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from both psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) methodologies. This allows me to tailor my techniques to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering a personalized and effective therapeutic experience. My experience spans working with children as young as 2 years old through to adults, providing support and guidance through various life stages and challenges.

Central to my practice is the creation of a non-judgmental and safe space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe that every individual deserves a place where they can explore their thoughts and feelings freely. My goal is to foster a compassionate and empathetic environment, empowering clients to work towards achieving their personal and emotional well-being.

Thank you for considering me as a partner in your journey towards mental health and well-being. Together, we can navigate the complexities of life and work towards a healthier, more fulfilling future.
